Processes
The Processing module on the MAXMONEY platform
allows you to access and manage various operational processes.
Processes are available in a spreadsheet
format (Excel or LibreOffice) for
flexible and customized data analysis. Opening a process in Excel allows you to
easily sort and filter information to meet your specific business requirements.
To generate a process report in this format, simply select the corresponding
checkbox.
Logs in XLSX, XLS, or CSV
formats can be easily printed or saved. These files are stored on the server
under your legal entity and can be accessed later from the DocSpace
menu. It's important to remember that these log files are the original
system-generated reports and serve as crucial audit trail documentation.
